Jenni Gold
Jenni is considered a triple threat in the world of entertainment. Her editing and screenwriting skills serve as a foundation for her directorial efforts which have received multiple awards and have placed her among the best in her field as a Director Member of the Directors Guild of America. Jenni is the co-founder of Gold Pictures, Inc. a development and production entity which was established in 2001.
In addition to directing the award-winning and star-studded feature documentary “CinemAbility: the Art of Inclusion,” Jenni has directed the action feature film “Ready, Willing, & Able,” co-produced the comedy motion picture “Can I get a Witness Protection,” and the soon to be released film “Tiger” starring Mickey Rourke. Most recently, Jenni directed and is now in post on the comedy/horror feature film “Aaah! Roach!” starring Casper Van Dien, Grace Van Dien, Barry Boswick and Jason Mewes. She has written and is developing a number of projects including a suspense thriller titled “Adrenaline,” a romantic comedy “Mr. December,” and the family film “Lucky,” adapted from her children’s book of the same name. She has produced a number of films and corporate web series, servicing such well-known clients as The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation and Easterseals of Southern California.
Jenni has become a sought-after speaker, a thought leader for film / media inclusion, and an Advisory Board Member for the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media. Her recent speaking engagements have included the Motion Picture Academy, Disney Studios, Dreamworks, Duke University, USC and co-hosting Turner Classic Movies with Ben Mankiewicz.
Ms. Gold went to film school at the University of Central Florida where she graduated Summa Cum Luade with two BA degrees, one in Motion Picture Production and another in Radio and Television Broadcasting. Jenni has Muscular Dystrophy and has used a wheelchair since the age of seven. She often jokes that “since her director’s chair goes 12 miles an hour she is the first to arrive on set.” Her passion for storytelling and entertaining an audience is clearly evident in her work and achievements.
Jeff Maynard
Jeff Maynard has 23 years of industry experience in a variety of roles, including as a producer, studio executive, post producer, post supervisor and UPM. After serving as a senior studio executive in charge of worldwide post-production for a number of years, he decided to shift his attention back to his first love of producing and the company he co-founded: Gold Pictures, Inc.
Mr. Maynard is an innovator with a wealth of experience in the areas of physical and post-production as well as workflow, digital content, and archiving. He is an expert at managing budgets and personnel in order to bring films in on time and often under budget. Mr. Maynard is actively involved in the development and integration of new and emerging technologies as they relate to the entertainment industry and is frequently asked to share his knowledge and visionary thinking. His consulting services remain in high demand from filmmakers, vendors and studios. He has become known as a “fixer” who can rescue the most complicated and difficult productions. Previous clients of his include Netflix, Europa Corp and Relativity Media, among others. Jeff is a Directors Guild of America UPM member and a U.S. Army Veteran.
